At Hi-Tech Closets, we take pride in delivering your custom-made organization systems safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped from our Calgary, Alberta production facility to homes and businesses across Canada and the continental United States.
We understand that your closet system is an important investment — that’s why we ensure every shipment arrives on time, in perfect condition, and ready for easy installation.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $1,500
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $1,500 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Free shipping applies to most residential deliveries within Canada and the continental United States.

Orders under $1,500 will have a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on destination.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional delivery fees. We’ll contact you prior to shipping if surcharges apply.
Order Processing Time
Each Hi-Tech Closets system is custom manufactured to your exact specifications.

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated delivery date once production begins.

During peak seasons, production times may vary slightly. Our team will notify you of any changes or delays.
Shipping Methods
We partner with leading national carriers to ensure dependable delivery service.

Smaller packages (hardware, accessories) might be shipped via courier services such as UPS, Purolator, USPS or FedEx.

Larger closet systems are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight with curbside delivery.

All shipments are fully insured during transit.
Note: Freight deliveries are curbside only. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery. You are responsible for moving the packages indoors upon arrival.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details via email.
You can use this link to track your shipment and monitor its progress in real time.

Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect all packages carefully upon delivery:

Count all boxes and verify that none are missing.

Examine packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

If you notice any issues (damage, missing items, or incorrect parts), note them on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly arrange replacements for any damaged or missing components.
International & Cross-Border Shipping

U.S. orders ship from Canada and are CUSMA compliant, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
