1. Quality Organization Systems

At Hi-Tech Closets, we stand behind our craftsmanship and materials.
We proudly offer the warranty described below on all organization systems:

  • Residential installations (single-family homes): Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Commercial or non-residential applications: Two-Years Warranty

2. Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage

Hi-Tech Closets warrants that all products (“Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the product when used in single-family residential settings, provided you remain in your home.

  • This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Hi-Tech Closets reserves the right to change or discontinue colors, styles, or products at its discretion.

  • Discontinued items will be replaced with comparable available products at the time of the claim.

3. One-Year Non-Residential (Commercial) Warranty Coverage

For non-residential or commercial use, Hi-Tech Closets warrants the Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of installation.

  • This warranty extends only to the original end user and is non-transferable.

  • We may change or discontinue colors, styles, or products without notice.

  • Discontinued products will be replaced with a comparable product available at the time of the claim.

4. Exclusive Remedy

If any component is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Hi-Tech Closets will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective component(s), or

  • Replace the component(s) with a like or substitute product.

This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
If repair or replacement is not completed within a reasonable time, our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

5. Exclusions from Coverage

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Installation, removal, or labor costs associated with repair or replacement.

  • Defects caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.

  • Damage due to neglect, water, accidents, or acts of God.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

⚠️ Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Limitations

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability

  • Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

⚠️ Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you.

No person or entity is authorized to alter or extend this warranty on behalf of Hi-Tech Closets.
This warranty is valid only if products were properly installed per our installation instructions.
Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage, or accidents void this warranty.
